Our competitors charge hundreds of pounds for their arbor and center pilot drilling rigs. We removed "centre pilots" to bring you three benefits. A Centre pilots are expensive costing over £20 each to replace. By removing them we dramatically reduced drilling costs for you !
B Centre pilots are only made of carbide steel not diamond. To work they must be kept cool with a continuous supply of water pumped via an arbor and water bottle. Removing them eliminated these bulky extra items saving you even more money, cutting down on water consumption and cutting down on clutter. Remember the reason our competitors must continuously pump water to the drill site is because their pilots are made of carbide not diamond.

C Another benefit is safety. You may not be aware of items behind the tile such as a water pipe or electrical cable. Using pilot drills it is possible to accidently pierce them. With our system you do not penetrate any further than the tile because you are grinding not drilling.
How does the 365drill system work?
If you think about it, pre-drilling a centre hole was always a waste of your energy and money. So we resolved the guidance problem in a special way. Our drill plate firmly holds the crown from the outside not the inside. To provide you with the best solution we ensure our diamonds are the highest quality. We also take care to ensure our crown walls are ultra thin. Ultra thin walls are designed to ensure rapid penetration into the tile. We are providers of the best value diamond drilling kits but not cheap diamond drills. You will find cheaper drills with less diamonds but we have a branded product with a reputation to uphold.
| Caution: Do not confuse our crows with "diamond brick drills". Those drills (see an example below) might look "beefier" because there is more metal - but to drill into tile you actually want more diamond and less metal. Remember its diamond doing the work not metal. Metal actually gets in the way getting hot. When it gets hot it releases the diamonds. |

| Examine the diamond drill with the green tick. This is our own porcelain tile drill placed next to a brick drill and can be identified because of the ultra thin wall designed to penetrate hard material. In contrast the sturdier looking drills have more metal surface area but less diamond. We are often asked by customers to supply thicker drills for porcelain work. But thick drills with low diamond content do not work in porcelain, granite or glass - only bricks. Thicker drills for porcelain do exist but they have a high diamond content and cost many hundreds of pounds. If in any doubt when comparing our brand to alternatives please look for the statement "porcelain tile drill" to be sure you are selecting the right product. |

Before you buy this drill guide for 20p please read below
Our charges for PPP "Picking Packing and postage" are set for us at £7.95 to cover a minimum cost imposed by our Order Fulfillment company. We outsourced the "back-end operation" and they give set fees per item which we can not control. It covers their manpower and the issuing of invoices, VAT receipts, data entry and warehouse time. Reports and customer service centres.
If you do not agree with this PPP charge of £7.95 please do not purchase this spare part.
